A Wholesome Learning Sanctuary

We intentionally cultivate an online community where students protect and uplift one another. By keeping our classrooms small, we easily eliminate disruptive behavior and harmful language before they start. We provide a comfortable, respectful space where students don't have to worry about bullying or negative peer pressure, allowing them to freely express themselves, speak with kindness, and focus entirely on their growth.

Real-World Connections

Education shouldn't stop at the screen. To prevent the isolation often felt in homeschooling, we host curated in-person field trips once every two months right here in Egypt. These excursions give our online classmates a safe, active environment to socialize, build genuine face-to-face friendships, and strengthen their community bonds outside the digital classroom.

Our Curriculum Approach: Streamlined Mastery for High School Readiness

At QSA, we utilize curated, high-yield mastery materials—anchored by acclaimed American educational standards and rigorous core subject frameworks—to deliver a focused core curriculum in English, Math, and Science. Rather than overwhelming students with dense, passive textbooks, our streamlined materials strip away the academic fluff to target the exact diagnostic skills required for advanced international high school tracks. We treat the curriculum as a practical blueprint: while the books provide clear, structured practice, our expert teachers provide the deep instruction, context, and critical thinking execution. This targeted, distraction-free approach builds independent study habits, ensures complete concept mastery, and guarantees a seamless, confident transition into elite online American and international high schools.

Elite Faculty: Mentorship with Deep Care

At Qalb Salim Prep Center, we do not simply hire instructors; we selectively vet and partner with world-class educators capable of mastery across English, Math, and Science. Rather than relying blindly on rigid, mass-market institutional standards, we evaluate our teachers on their pure ability to spark critical thinking and break down complex ideas seamlessly. Our teachers are mentors who understand the linguistic, cultural, and spiritual needs of our English-speaking students.

Why Our Educators Perform Better

It is an open secret in private tutoring that overloaded teachers are often too exhausted to care deeply about your child. We change the model entirely. We compensate our teaching faculty at a premium, competitive rate that far exceeds standard private market averages. By paying our educators exceptionally well, we eliminate their need to take on endless private tutoring clients after hours. When a Qalb Salim teacher steps into our online classroom, their energy, focus, and creativity belong entirely to your small group of students. You aren't just paying for instruction; you are securing dedicated intellectual capital.

Bridging the Gap for Expat Families

As a native English speaker from Canada, a holder of a Canadian Bachelor's degree, and a professional educator who has taught in Egyptian language schools, I have seen the regional educational landscape from both sides of the desk. But more importantly, as an expat parent who has spent half a decade in Egypt navigating different centers for my own children, I deeply understand the frustration of trying to find the right fit. I noticed a critical gap: many local options focus solely on Arabic and Quran while completely neglecting essential core subjects like Math, English, and Science. Furthermore, massive cultural differences and language barriers in traditional settings often lead to behavior issues, misunderstandings, and bullying. I founded QSA to fix these holes. We provide a safe, small-classroom, English-only online environment where students can master secular studies and transition seamlessly into high school. Backed by my 20-year professional background in the Canadian hospitality sector, my personal commitment to you is elite customer service, transparency, and a relentless focus on ensuring you and your children are genuinely pleased with the education they receive.

FAQ

Why no Quran/Arabic classes?

We deeply value the vital importance of Arabic and Quranic studies for every young Muslim. However, our academy was founded specifically to solve a unique problem for expat families in Egypt. Many excellent local programs, mosques, and private tutors already specialize in high-quality Quran memorization and Arabic language instruction. Where families struggle is finding premium, English-medium secular instruction in Math, Science, and English taught in a safe, character-driven environment. By focusing exclusively on these core academic subjects, we fill this critical gap and ensure your child is thoroughly prepared for advanced high school tracks. While we do not offer these classes directly at this time, we are happy to help our enrolled families connect with high-quality, trusted local tutors and resources for Quran and Arabic. Please reach out to us if you need recommendations! (We may also offer integrated Arabic and Quran options in future terms based on community demand.)
